As the colder nights are drawing in, my skin starts to get slightly more on the combination side rather than oily so I have to change my skincare routine around slightly. In the Winter months I use more moisturising products to combat the dryness on my face but I still need to treat the slight oiliness I still get so I thought I would show you the products I use. My skincare routine is pretty simple and I there are a couple of products I don't use every single day.
1. The first product I use is the Korres Milk Proteins Cleansing Emulsion, I don't use this everyday, even though my skin is much drier around this time of year as I do find it very rich so I will use this only a couple of times a week.
2. The second product I use is my Vichy Normaderm 3 in 1 Micellar Solution (bit of a mouthful I know!) I use this product most days to remove my makeup. I love these cleansing waters, they feel so soothing on the skin and I feel they do just as good of a job as washing your face (no stingy eyes either, plus!) It is perfect for those with blemishes or imperfections on their skin as it helps to remove the impurities, leaving your skin smooth and clean!
3. The third product I use is The Body Shop Skin Clearing Toner. I love this toner, it is very refreshing and really helps with the oiliness and also the blemishes that I get. It is very strong so I won't use it everyday, I try to use it every other day. It does feel a bit stingy when you first apply it but it's nothing horrible but it may be slightly too strong for those with sensitive skin.
4. This is the last product I use in my Autumn/Winter skincare routine and by far my favourite. This is the Embryolisse Lait-Creme Concentre, it is quite a rich moisturiser but I find it quite light at the same time, I was a bit worried it maybe too rich but it just seems to work amazingly, my skin doesn't feel greasy and it works really well underneath my makeup.
So, there we go, these are all of the products I have been using for the past few weeks and so far so good.
Just a side note: I'm going to sort out a schedule for my posts so they are a bit more consistent such as what date they go up and what time.x.
